1. Subscription Terms
1.1 FDC offers a single subscription tier at a rate of $12.99 per month.
1.2 Billing occurs every 30 days from the date of subscription initiation. at 2:00AM CST.
1.3 Subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum commitment period.
2. Free Trial
2.1 Two-Day free trials are available through affiliate links.
2.2 A valid credit card is required for the free trial and will be pre-authorized.
2.3 If the subscription is not canceled within two days, the card will be charged the full monthly rate at 2:00AM CST on the 3rd day.
3. Auto-Renewal
3.1 Auto-renewal is enabled by default for all subscriptions.
3.2 Renewal occurs at the end of each 30-day period unless canceled.
4. Cancellation
4.1 Members can cancel their subscription at any time through the Account Management tab in the user portal on Join-FDC.com or FirearmsDirectClub.com.
4.2 Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period.
4.3 No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
5. Account Sharing
5.1 Subscriptions are limited to one household only.
5.2 Family members residing at the same address may share an account.
5.3 Sharing accounts outside the household is strictly forbidden.
5.4 Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required on all accounts to enforce this policy.
6. Data Retention and Privacy
6.1 Member data is retained upon cancellation unless explicit removal is requested.
6.2 FDC does not sell member data to any outside parties for marketing or other purposes.
7. Access and Usage
7.1 All members have equal access to distributor pricing and services.
7.2 There are no limitations on the number or value of orders a member can place.
8. Age Restrictions
8.1 There is no age restriction for FDC membership.
8.2 All state and federal laws apply regarding age-restricted item purchases.
9. Payment Security
9.1 Payments are processed via Authorize.Net in compliance with PCI standards.
10. Geographic Restrictions
10.1 FDC memberships are available to residents of the United States only.
10.2 FDC Memberships are not available in Hawaii or Alaska due to shipping restrictions
11. Changes to Terms
11.1 Any changes to pricing or subscription terms will be communicated via email.
11.2 A minimum 30-day grace period will be provided for members to make account changes.
12. Termination of Service
FDC reserves the right to terminate subscriptions without refund for the following reasons:
12.1 Sharing of accounts outside the household.
12.2 Selling access to FDC accounts.
12.3 Sharing protected pricing information through any physical or digital means.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 All disputes should be communicated via email to [email protected].
13.2 FDC commits to addressing disputes in a timely manner.
14. Modifications to This Policy
FDC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email.
